CAptain is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to ICAI or any regulatory body.

- Misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access
- Upload harmful, illegal, or malicious content
- Reverse engineer or copy our software unlawfully
- Use the platform to cheat in exams or violate academic rules

All branding, design, software, and original platform content belong to CAptain unless otherwise stated.
Users retain ownership of content they submit, where applicable.
